My ticket was not cancelled by Customercare

Dear Support Team, I have booked a ticket recently PNR- IHT5VP LILAWATI BAI for 07th July. I have cancelled the ticket 3 days prior after discussion with Goibibo support team. The support team infomed that I will get a refund amount of Rs.1250/- But I have not received refund yet. i tried call customer care, but its not getting connected. Kindly help me out.
